Manifest Generator

This generator creates the soundboardio.json manifest file required for your SoundBoard. Just fill in the details below, add your MP3 files, and download the generated file.

Note: We don't save or upload any of your files. Everything happens directly in your browser. You will still need to upload this manifest and your sounds to your GitHub repository.

🚀 Instructions

If you are familiar with GitHub, it's really easy! Follow these simple steps:

Create a new repository

On your GitHub account, create a repo. It must start with the prefix soundboardio-
(Example: soundboardio-mysounds).
Need an example? Check out this repository.
Upload your sounds

Add your MP3 files into this repository (or you can host them yourself).
Upload your icons

Add at least two icons to the repository if you want your app to be installable on mobile.

Create a manifest file

Create a file called soundboardio.json and place it in the root of your repository.
Commit and push

Save your changes to the repository!

🎉 That's it!

Now you can open your shiny new SoundBoard using your custom URL. It works automagically without deploying anything:
